Why didn’t I receive any emails after I ordered?

Our office is located in New York, USA. Some of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in New York. We also have suppliers from other countries. Sometimes packages are shipped from overseas.

My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean?

How long will it take to ship my order?
When we receive your order information, it usually takes 1~10 days to process your order before shipment. We will shorten the processing time as much as possible and ship the goods to you. When the package is shipped out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
When the package is shipped out, standard shipping usually takes 12-15 days to be delivered. Express shipping usually takes 2~3 days to be delivered

How do I cancel my order?
1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email to our customer support.
2. We can cancel the order for you while the order is still in the processing stage. But we cannot cancel the order when the package is already in transit.
How do I make a return?
We cannot provide return shipping labels.
